View a single BOM
The single BOM view provides detailed information on the BOM selected. Once a BOM is imported, from the single BOM view graphically view the overall health of the BOM, and also update and track the BOM by: reviewing and modifying the parts the BOM contains; reviewing and modifying matched parts and manufacturers; and acknowledging and clearing part alerts.
To the right of the BOM name appear one or both of the following indicators: 
(Global Knowledge Base) , 
(List Knowledge Base). These indicators denote the knowledge base setting for that particular BOM. The knowledge base setting enables you to understand and change how data on various tabs -especially the Match Manufacturers and Match Parts tabs, are controlled.
